Sanitek Transfers Unpaid Funds to Citizens

Several employees of the Armenian branch of the company 'Sanitek' have approached the Human Rights Defender to obtain the funds that are due to them. According to the HRD, an examination of the applications revealed that the company had failed to provide an annual vacation payment to one citizen, temporary disability benefits to three others, and vacation pay along with final settlement to two more citizens.

To clarify the situation, letters have been sent to the Yerevan City Hall. The Human Rights Defender has been informed that the Armenian branch of 'Sanitek' has settled the outstanding payments owed to the citizens.
