Pashinyan on Criminal Case Against Davit Sanasaryan
“Am I like a person who, being the prime minister, can have wings within that power? There cannot be wings within the executive power of Armenia because the executive power is a unified body, governed by the prime minister. If wings appear, I will cut them. Not because it is my whim, but because that is the law. It is excluded that I would allow ungovernability, chaos, or palace intrigues in the country. The wings will not reach cutting, because they won’t even grow. They will wither at the embryonic level. Whoever has such temptation, let them try their luck,” said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a conversation with journalists today, responding to a question regarding the criminal case against the head of the NSS, Davit Sanasaryan.
It should be noted that the journalist inquired whether there are powers or wings within the government that prevent the investigation from proceeding in the necessary direction.
