Road Construction Program Launched Towards Mataghis
A strategic road construction project has been initiated towards Mataghis in Artsakh. This was announced by Tigran Abrahamyan, an advisor to the President of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, on his Facebook page.
“The first phase of the reconstruction work on the road from the village of Mataghis to the Martakert community has commenced,” Abrahamyan wrote.
