Levon Sargsyan's Property Will Remain Under Arrest

The judge of the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction, Vache Margaryan, has just rejected the appeal submitted by Levon Sargsyan's attorney against the investigator's decision to impose an arrest on Sargsyan's property.

According to a reporter from NEWS.am, the judge announced the decision in a closed court session. It is noteworthy that on April 29, the court had decided to grant the request of the prosecutor Ara Mnatsakanyan regarding Levon Sargsyan's case and to examine the appeal behind closed doors.

It is important to mention that Sargsyan is accused of illegal enrichment and concealing property that should be declared.
