Why Did the Traffic Police Inspectors or Bystanders Not Help This Girl?

A non-compliant girl, an ineffective police force, indifferent and 'proud' Armenians.

A video is circulating on Facebook showing a girl lying on top of a traffic police vehicle. The video was shared on the platform by a user named Syuzi Mnacakanyan. At first glance, the girl appears to be drunk. However, this is only an initial impression. Someone should have exited the vehicle and transported her to the hospital, either in a police vehicle or an ambulance. In any case, the girl needed to be moved from the roadway, as she could have fallen under another vehicle that might not have been able to brake in time.
