Video: Aren't you ashamed, Mr. Pashinyan? Edmon Marukyan suggests airing his Facebook video on Public TV

During a Facebook live broadcast, Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, addressed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's comments from the previous day’s government meeting regarding their proposed draft.

“They come home, I look at the posts, and what do I see? Surprise: It turns out that all television companies aired the Prime Minister's words from the government meeting, suggesting that the ‘Enlightened Armenia’ party is a terrorist party,” said Marukyan.

He stated that Pashinyan's words are influential for the public and that broadcasting them through mass media will lead to misunderstandings among people.

“Aren't you ashamed? Can you imagine what is happening in the country? Nikol, you went there to spread information that does not correspond to reality? Don’t you have anything else to do? If you want to reject the draft, just do it! Why are you spreading false information? What is happening here? You have become unrecognizable, Mr. Prime Minister.

The leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction demands that a rebuttal to this information be aired on television, specifically on Public TV. He suggests that his Facebook video message be broadcasted on Public TV as well.
