NSS Should Initiate a Case: Arsen Torosyan on Reports Regarding the Gardasil Vaccine
There are certainly no dangers regarding the "Gardasil" vaccine, and I believe the National Security Service should initiate a case for such false reports. This was stated today, on May 3, by Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan during a conversation with journalists.
It is noteworthy that neurosurgeon Marina Khachaturyan filed a report to the NSS regarding a crime committed by herself and Haik Ayvazyan. According to the report, on January 28, 2019, during a Sunday program on "Azatutyun" television, Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan declared that "... countries like ours must invest and participate in clinical trial phases...". On January 29, 2019, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, signed order 194-A on "Improving the Vaccination Process Against Human Papillomavirus Infection and Expanding the Vaccination Age Range," by which the age limits for the administration of the "Gardasil-4" vaccine were expanded (according to the video presented below)... Considering the above, we come to the following conclusions:
- The Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia signed order 194-A on January 29, 2019 (according to the presented video), which has not been published on the official website of the Ministry of Health and, therefore, has been kept secret from the public.
- According to the aforementioned order by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, the age limits for the administration of the "Gardasil-4" vaccine have been extended (14-45 years), which is not specified in the general description of "Gardasil-4" (9-26 years) and in the publications of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Various citizens and organizations are disseminating misinformation, alarming information, and advertisements for the "Gardasil" vaccine.
- Although the entire batch of "Gardasil-4" vaccine provided to Armenia by the GAVI Foundation in 2017 has not been utilized and has a shelf life until October 12, 2019, a new batch of the "Gardasil-4" vaccine is being procured with state funds.
- According to point 3.4 of the RA Government's decision No. 1000-N on "Approving the Strategy for the Preservation of Maternal and Child Health for 2003-2015" dated August 8, 2003, cancer diseases of reproductive organs (breast, cervix) should have been reduced by at least 30% by 2015. However, according to data published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, cases of cervical cancer have not only failed to be reduced but have increased. Therefore, the requirement of the aforementioned government-approved strategy has not been fulfilled, and the funds allocated for the implementation of the strategy have been misused.
In light of the above, we demand the immediate initiation of a criminal case for the crimes committed and currently ongoing, and to hold accountable all those individuals who are culpable for these violations.
