Is the Republican Party's Entrepreneur Selling His Business?

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', Ashot Arsenyan, a former MP from the Republican Party of Armenia and owner of 'Jermuk Group', is selling his large livestock farm owned by his family. The name of the potential buyer is even circulating, identified as David Yeremyan, the CEO of 'Yeremian Projects'.

The mentioned organization, by the way, unites the restaurant chains 'Pandok Yerevan', 'Yerevan Shawarma', 'Lavash', and 'Sherap'. However, Norair Movsisyan, the financial director of Ashot Arsenyan's company, informed us that they have not sold the farm but are implementing an investment program. 'The person has presented an investment program, and we have agreed. We want to increase the number of livestock to ensure that pure, unblemished meat is available on the local market,' the newspaper reports.

Movsisyan did not disclose the name of the 'partner', indicating that it is not a matter of a new shareholder appearing in the farm but rather they will work based on a cooperation agreement. 'The opening will be public, and you will see our partner. An investment program has been presented; this is one of the financial options that we have approved, and we are doing joint work. In the end, we will clarify our relationship,' Movsisyan told the newspaper.
