Former Corrupt Official Appointed as Minister's Advisor

The newspaper 'Zhraparak' reports that a rather notable appointment has recently been made in the government.

Specifically, Jahan Hovhannisyan, who was dismissed from his position as Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee in February of this year and has a rather shady past as a former representative of the corrupt system, has been appointed as an advisor to Minister of Transport, Communication, and Information Technologies Hakob Arshakyan.
