The Dispute Between the BHK Deputy and the Deputy Governor of Vayots Dzor Started Over a ‘Bichok’

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: The clash between the BHK's Sergey Bagratyan and Deputy Governor Razmik Tonoyan in Vayots Dzor, according to one of the 'witnesses', started over a 'bichok', which one of the young participants of the Citizen’s Day event threw to the ground. The young deputy governor then ostentatiously urged him to pick up the 'bichok' from the river, striking at the young man's dignity.

The latter launched a counterattack: 'You need it – you pick it up.' This turned into a verbal altercation that others, including Bagratyan, joined. The deputy accused the deputy governor, asking, 'What tone are you speaking in? Who gave you the right to humiliate a young man?'

The deputy governor took the remark heavily. Our source, recounting the details, said he was surprised that the argument escalated so much and that the My Step members would make such noise, and even that a criminal case would be initiated: 'Because everything had passed, everyone was drunk – perhaps they had gotten heated, but besides Bagratyan, others should also be held accountable for 'insulting' the deputy governor.'

Details in the newspaper's current issue.
