An Armenian Woman Has Died of Coronavirus in Iran: Ministry of Foreign Affairs

An Armenian citizen of Iran has died from the new type of coronavirus (COVID-2019). This was reported by Anna Naghdalyan, the press secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to details shared by "Areqalq," the woman was 85-year-old Elsik Masih, who was transferred to Tehran's "Masih Daneshvar" hospital a week ago, which is considered one of the main facilities for the treatment of coronavirus.

In the past 24 hours in Iran, 1,234 new cases of the new type of coronavirus have been confirmed, marking a record number. The total number of infected individuals has now reached 4,747.
