The Court Considers the Detention of Spayka's Director

At the RA Court of Appeals, the examination of the appeal filed by the lawyers of Davit Ghazaryan, the owner and director of the Spayka company, against the decision of the court of general jurisdiction has concluded. According to a reporter from SHANTNEWS.am, Davit Ghazaryan was also present at the session.

During the previous session, Ghazaryan's attorneys had partially presented the appeal. Today, before the break, they continued to present the arguments for the appeal. The defense has requested a change in the detention to bail, the amount of which has not yet been specified.
