Police Officers to Be Awarded Large Bonuses, Says Osipyan
On April 27, the Chief of the Police of Armenia, Valeriy Osipyan, held a working consultation. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Police of Armenia.
Participants included the Deputy Chiefs of Police, heads of divisions, and officers who have excelled in fighting crime. The police chief first analyzed the operational situation in the country, particularly addressing measures aimed at uncovering crimes against life, health, and property.
In this context, Valeriy Osipyan provided specific instructions and directives to the heads of divisions, noting that the operational uncovering of crimes is one of the best ways to strengthen the link between society and the police. Valeriy Osipyan also referred to the newly adopted policy of additional bonuses for crime resolution, underscoring that this is a unique and unprecedented approach.
