The 'Citizen's Decision' party has issued a statement to the media indicating that the party's executive body secretary, Suren Sahakyan, has submitted a request to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, and the RA Prosecutor General, Arthur Davtyan. The request pertains to initiating criminal proceedings and the process of revoking the parliamentary mandate based on statements made by Gagik Tsarukyan during discussions in the National Assembly regarding the amendments to the law on state duties on April 19.

The request emphasizes the prohibition against parliamentary members engaging in entrepreneurial activities and includes excerpts from Tsarukyan's interviews where he discusses his business ventures.

According to Hraparak.am, a closed meeting of the 'My Step' faction is scheduled for today at 4 PM in the National Assembly. Media reports indicate that the main agenda item will be the Prosperous Armenia faction, particularly the incident involving Sergey Bagratyan in Vayots Dzor, concerning which materials are being prepared upon the prosecutor's order. Additionally, there will be discussions on the request made by the 'Citizen's Decision' party to the Speaker and the Prosecutor General to initiate a criminal case against Gagik Tsarukyan.
