New Details on the Incident Involving MP Sergey Bagratyan
Materials are being prepared regarding the incident involving MP Sergey Bagratyan from the 'Prosperous Armenia' faction in Vayots Dzor. This was stated by Aravik Khachatryan, head of the public relations department of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, in response to a question from Tert.am.
‘Material is currently being prepared at the Yeghgnezor police station, which will be sent to the Special Investigative Service by the Prosecutor General of Armenia,’ said Aravik Khachatryan.
It is recalled that Razmik Tonoyan, a 38-year-old resident of Vayk city and the Deputy Governor of Vayots Dzor, reported to the police that MP Sergey Bagratyan and the head of the administrative district of Artabounk in the Yeghenis community, Armen Sedrakyan, had attacked him, displayed disrespectful behavior, and directed sexual insults towards him.
In an interview with Tert.am, Sergey Bagratyan stated, 'I did not have any contact with the Deputy Governor of Vayots Dzor yesterday, I neither know him nor wish to know him.'
