PM Got Angry During KP Meeting: "Pats"
According to the "Pats" newspaper, a meeting of the "Civil Contract" party's political council has been held ahead of the upcoming congress.
As reported by "Pats," the meeting took place in a fairly heated atmosphere, which is seen in the KP as a testament to intra-party democracy. Particularly intense discussions occurred regarding the timing of the congress.
According to our sources, the congress was initially scheduled for May. However, Nikol Pashinyan got upset and stated that almost nothing has been done in the preparatory work for the congress and they simply won't have time to hold it in May. Most likely, the congress will be held in June.
Incidentally, just days ago, we mentioned that the most likely candidate for the KP chairman is the Minister of Education Arayik Harutyunyan, although KP members insist that this issue has not yet been discussed.
