Where Should They Flee? The World is Small. Pashinyan on 'Gonsales', 'Bulki Aram', and 'Ketrin Mihranyan'
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed reporters today about well-known individuals who are currently wanted. When asked about Gonsales being in Prague and former Minister of Environment Aram Harutyunyan having disappeared from sight, along with others who are also untraceable, he responded, 'Aram Harutyunyan took advantage of his status as a member of parliament and vanished. As long as he was not deprived of parliamentary immunity, no one could take action.'
Former head of the Special Investigation Service Mihran Poghosyan also reportedly used parliamentary immunity to exit the country.
'What is so surprising about that? If they were arrested under the conditions of their parliamentary immunity, you all would have been saying, 'Where does the law stand, where is legality, where is the rule of law?' But where should they flee? The world is small,' Pashinyan said.
