VIDEO: No One Is Forever - Tonoyan on Ogankovsky and Levon Mnatsakanyan

Everything has its time; it happens in due course, dictated by needs. I see no problem, as no one is forever. This was stated today by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan, during a conversation with journalists, commenting on the departures of the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and the former deputy commander, Samvel Karapetyan (Ogankovsky).

When asked whether it is concerning that such professional personnel are leaving, Tonoyan responded that they continue to remain with the army. "If the need arises, everyone will be ready to step up," he added.
