Video: Using Yerevan's Ramps Poses a Real Threat to Life, Zohrabyan

The member of the Armenian National Assembly's Prosperous Armenia faction, Naira Zohrabyan, has addressed the issue of ramps designed for individuals with disabilities on her Facebook page.

In particular, she wrote:

“Yerevan's ramps are designed for kamikazes.
I have been approached by organizations dealing with the issues of individuals with special needs, who complained that a significant number of the ramps in Yerevan are constructed at incorrect angles and inclinations, making it a real threat to life when lowering wheelchairs and strollers on these ramps.
I decided to personally test the ramps in busy areas of the capital. With the exception of a few, the rest can be referred to as death ramps.
Our faction has already started addressing the issue of ramps in the Yerevan city council.”
