Husband Stabs Wife in Sarigyugh

On April 25, at 10:10 PM, the Ijevan police department received a report from the hospital regarding a resident of Sarigyugh who was admitted with "multiple stab wounds of varying degrees and bleeding."

According to the police, the responding operational group determined that on the same day, around 8:30 PM, in the yard of their home in Sarigyugh, the woman's husband, 38-year-old Sergey E., had stabbed her several times in different parts of her body with a knife.

On April 26, at 00:20 AM, Sergey E. presented himself to the Shengavit police station and reported that he had stabbed his wife during an argument on April 25, at 8:30 PM, in the village of Sarigyugh, Tavush Province.

An investigation is underway.
