Financial Difficulties Await the Republican Party

The newspaper "Joghovurd" writes that despite the bold statements of the members of the Republican Party (RP), the once ruling party is experiencing difficult times, including financially.

The issue is that compared to 2017, there has been a sharp decline in the RP's financial revenues, which are generated from membership fees. The "Joghovurd" daily has found from the annual reports of the RP that while in 2017, the ruling RP at that time received 433,114 AMD from membership fees, this number halved in 2018, amounting to 251,469 AMD.

RP's expenditures have also decreased. During the years in power, specifically in 2017, this party spent 469,613 AMD, whereas in 2018, the expenditures were 357,457 AMD.

At the beginning of 2017, the RP had real estate worth 378,346 AMD, and by 2018, the value of the real estate amounted to 399,625 AMD. It is clear that these are the officially reported expenditures of the RP, and especially during the period of governance, it is not difficult to guess the enormous amounts of money that have circulated within this party.

It is also noted that the RP's reports were signed by Galust Sahakyan, one of the vice-presidents of the RP.
