City Hall's Purchase of KamAZ Trucks Linked to Mayor Hayk Marutyan's Associate: Zhamanak

Zhamanak newspaper reports: "It has been written multiple times that the Yerevan City Hall purchased KamAZ trucks equipped for waste collection without a competition, in what is called a single-source procurement.

According to our information, one of the associates of Mayor Hayk Marutyan, named Artak, is behind this transaction, and the revenue generated from the deal exceeds several hundred thousand dollars."
