Armenia Appoints New Ambassador to Spain
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has appointed Vladimir Karmirshalyan as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Spain (stationed in Madrid).
