Nearly 200 People Interrogated in the ‘North-South’ Project Criminal Case
The newspaper 'Hayastani Joghout' reports that the preliminary investigative body has interrogated a substantial number of individuals regarding the criminal case initiated for the ‘North-South Road Corridor’ investment project.
According to the information we received, the number of those interrogated in this criminal case has reached nearly 200 individuals, with the interrogations being conducted in various capacities—as witnesses and as suspects.
However, this is not the end of the matter; according to our sources, employees and managers from 48 companies involved in the ‘North-South Road Corridor’ investment project have also been interrogated.
The Investigative Committee had previously announced that apparent abuses have been identified in the implementation of the ‘North-South Road Corridor’ project, which has allegedly caused damage to the state amounting to more than 23 billion drams, based on preliminary estimates.
