Who is the Arrested Person Behind the 'Dukhov Hayastan' Facebook Page?

The director of the NSS, Arthur Vanetsyan, announced that following the Prime Minister's instructions against 'fake accounts', one person, a coordinator of the 'Dukhov Hayastan' 'fake' page, has been arrested.

A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of article 226 of the Criminal Code. It has been revealed who the arrested individual is.

A relative of the arrested individual, who requested anonymity for understandable reasons, stated that the arrested person is Armen Ab Avagyn, a citizen of both Armenia and Iran. Initially, the relatives of the arrested were unaware of the reason for his detention, but later learned that he is one of the coordinators of the 'Dukhov Hayastan' Facebook page.

Part 2, clause 1 of article 226 of the RA Criminal Code defines incitement of national, racial, or religious hatred, which is committed publicly or through the use of media.
