According to the newspaper "Zhamanak", "The initiative to exempt clinkers, which serve as raw materials for cement production, from taxation is backed by former MP Mher Sedrakyan, known as Tukhmakh's Mher.

He owns a cement production facility but is not competitive due to the lack of clinker production, as his cement is produced from imported clinker processing.

If the import of clinkers is exempt from taxation, Sedrakyan may find himself in an equal and even more advantageous position compared to other producers, potentially pushing them out of the market with the support of the authorities."
