Tat'ev Community Leader Hits Pedestrian While Drunk
On April 13, an accident occurred in the Syunik region. Around 19:15, while crossing the central street adjacent to the main school in Lor village, a 51-year-old man named Armen Mikoghosyan was hit by a vehicle with an unknown make and license plate.

According to the source, the injured pedestrian was taken to the military hospital in Aghitu with bodily injuries. It was revealed that the driver who struck Mikoghosyan was 61-year-old Murad Simonyan, a resident of Tat'ev village, driving a UAZ vehicle with license plate 409 AL 61.
Simonyan was summoned to the police department in Sisian. He also underwent a sobriety test, which revealed that he was driving under the influence (with a very high level of intoxication).
