Every day, I am told that gas stations do not issue receipts; they are simply not providing them deliberately. Why aren’t you resolving this issue? This was stated today by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government session.

“Specific individuals are behind all these gas and petrol stations. Why aren’t you resolving this issue, Mr. Osipyann, Mr. Vanetsyan? How long should this issue remain unresolved? I am stating officially that they are not issuing receipts; why aren’t you addressing this issue?” said the Prime Minister.
