Parliament Leadership 'Culturally' Rejects LHK: 'Hraparak'

‘Lusavor Hayastan’ has drafted a constitutional amendment aimed at enhancing the roles of parliamentary factions and the opposition. This package was developed during the time of the ‘Yelk’ alliance, and Nikol Pashinyan had supported the increase of the opposition's role as well. However, as the situation has changed, it no longer serves the interests of the authorities to grant leverage to the opposition.
