Computer and Certain Documents Seized from Mihran Poghosyan's Residence

The search of former MP Mihran Poghosyan's private residence and office has concluded. According to preliminary information, the search took place in the presence of Mihran Poghosyan's family members. A computer and certain documents were seized from the residence, but it is still unclear what type of documents they are and whether they will hold significant importance for the case. This information was reported by NEWS.am.

It has been revealed that the search was conducted with the participation of investigators from the Special Investigative Service and staff from the National Security Service.

Earlier, we reported that law enforcement agencies were conducting a search at the residence of former MP Mihran Poghosyan.

It is important to note that Mihran Poghosyan has been involved as a suspect in a criminal case being investigated by the Special Investigative Service concerning serious offenses. He is charged under Article 179, Part 3, Point 1 and Article 308, Part 2 of the Armenian Criminal Code for misappropriating property of significant value and abusing his official power, which resulted in severe consequences. On April 15, the court decided to detain the general for two months. A search warrant has been issued for Mihran Poghosyan.
