Announcing the Future Meeting of Mnatsakanyan-Mamedyarov is Disrespectful, Says Anna Naghdalyan
The possibility of holding the upcoming meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in one of the co-chairing countries is being considered, said Anna Naghdalyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to Aysor.am.
"In fact, we are considering the possibility of conducting the future meeting in one of the co-chairing countries, taking into account the geography of previous similar meetings. Since this issue is still under discussion, one should refrain from unilateral announcements and a public negotiating style," she noted.
According to Naghdalyan, announcing in advance about the meeting to be held in one of the co-chairing countries is a sign of disrespect towards the participants in the process, but primarily towards the respective co-chairing country.
