Conflict Continues in Marukyan's Office as Hayrapetyan Seeks Accountability

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that a 'conflict' between the 'My Step' faction and the LHK in the National Assembly continued in Edmon Marukyan's office. Mikayel Hayrapetyan went there to clarify some issues and to hold Marukyan accountable for his statement 'Who are you?' directed at him. While we couldn't obtain further details, Marukyan commented, 'It was a moment of misunderstanding, he came to clarify.'

It is worth noting that yesterday in the National Assembly, tensions escalated between the government and the opposition to the point where they began to openly threaten one another. Mikayel Hayrapetyan stated that if the opposition does not change its style, they will adapt. 'And I don’t want anyone to be misled by our young age; concerning the 'guts', this segment has practically proven that it exists.'

Incidentally, he was so caught up in the conflict that he ignored an art exhibition organized by him in the National Assembly featuring artist Nargiz Pashoyan. No MPs attended the exhibition; only Narine Tukhikyan happened to show up, and the artist asked her to announce the opening of the exhibition.
