10 Cases of Drug Smuggling Uncovered by the State Revenue Committee

The Enforcement Division for Combating Smuggling of the State Revenue Committee continues its efforts to detect cases of drug smuggling. This information was reported by the Committee's Information and Public Relations Department.

As a result of consistent measures, several attempts to transport drugs have been thwarted. Specifically, in recent days, 10 cases of drug smuggling have been uncovered. Approximately 40 grams of marijuana and one gram of opium-type drugs were seized.

As part of the disclosures made, 427 tablets containing Tramadol, 14 tablets containing Methadone and Codeine, and 40 tablets resembling Subutex were discovered.
