In connection with this case, it should be noted that the staff of the Ministry of Health became aware of the issue this morning and urgently resolved the matter by providing the necessary state-funded referral to the parent.

As for the deficit of referrals, it was due to certain technical issues that arose during the procurement process, which have also been resolved,” Alina Nikoghosyan wrote.
