Petro Poroshenko Sued Twice in One Day

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was sued twice on April 16. According to local media reports, Valeriy Golovko, the former head of the Poltava region, has filed a lawsuit against the current president, claiming he was illegally dismissed from his position.

Prior to this, it had been reported that Poroshenko had dismissed the regional governor in connection with a loss of trust regarding investigations conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
