Meeting of Mnatsakanyan, Mamedyarov, and Lavrov Begins
The meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia has commenced in the capital of Russia, during which issues related to the resolution of the Artsakh conflict will be discussed.
