Collision Between Mercedes and Opel in Yerevan; Injuries Reported

Investigator Khachik Gevorgyan from the Road Police's Department for Traffic Accidents and Administrative Proceedings is preparing materials regarding the car accident that occurred on April 7 in Yerevan.

According to Shamshyan.com, at around 6:30 PM, a collision took place at the intersection of Azatutyun Avenue and Babayan Street involving a Mercedes vehicle with license plate 35 LP 235, driven by 70-year-old Levik Arakelyan from Gegharkunik Province, and an Opel vehicle with license plate 35 CZ 089, driven by 25-year-old Arman Karapetyan from Yerevan.

As a result of the accident, the Opel driver A. Karapetyan and a passenger in the Mercedes, 69-year-old Vahandukht Arakelyan, who is the driver's fellow villager, were transported to the Armenia Medical Center with bodily injuries.
