Serzh Sargsyan Works Five Days a Week at the Republican Party Office: Armen Ashotyan
Serzh Sargsyan is at the Republican Party (RPA) office five working days a week, engaging in discussions and meetings until the end of the day. This was stated by RPA Vice President Armen Ashotyan in an interview with NEWS.am, responding to media reports that there is a significant activity within the RPA these days.
When asked whether preparations are underway for Serzh Sargsyan's upcoming speech at the office, he replied, “Do you think I should be the one working on Serzh Sargsyan’s text? Of course, discussions can take place related to issues concerning the public, a so-called mapping of the challenges, but the president has so much to say during this time that there is absolutely no specific need to involve people, including myself, to work on the text.”
According to Ashotyan, party work has been continuously in progress, albeit with varying intensity. “The work has continued on a daily basis over the past year; the only question is that the intensity has been different,” he said.
Regarding when the former president will speak, the RPA vice president stated, “Serzh Sargsyan will address at a concrete moment, and soon.”
