VIDEO: Why the Planned LGBT Forum Was Cancelled - PACE Member to Pashinyan
In Armenia, the rule of law prevails, meaning all citizens have equal rights and obligations, stated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). This remark came in response to a question regarding the cancellation of the LGBT community forum that was planned for November of last year in Armenia.
