Sargis Torosyan Removed from Position and Appointed Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has decided to relieve Sargis Torosyan from his position as the head of the Social Issues Department of the Prime Minister's Office.
According to the text of the decision, "Guided by point 7 of part 1 of Article 37 of the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia, Sargis Torosyan is dismissed from the position of head of the Social Issues Department of the Prime Minister's Office."
In another decision made by the Prime Minister, Sargis Torosyan has been appointed as the deputy chief of staff to the Prime Minister.
The text of the decision also states, "Guided by part 13 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Sargis Torosyan is appointed as the deputy chief of staff to the Prime Minister."
