Official Results of Ukraine's Presidential Election Released

The official results of the first round of Ukraine's presidential election have been published, with Vladimir Zelensky leading by securing 30.24% of the votes. The current president received 15.95% support from voters.

As reported by RIA Novosti, this information was announced by the head of Ukraine's Central Election Commission, Tatyana Slipachuk.

The third place was taken by Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, who garnered 13.4% of the votes, followed by Yuriy Boyko from the Opposition Platform – For Life party, who received 11.67%.

By presenting the official results of the voting held on March 31, the CEC confirmed that the second round of elections will take place on April 21, as no candidate surpassed the 50% threshold.
