It Must Be Noted That Fighting Fake Accounts Is Impossible: Arman Abovyan
Arman Abovyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction in the National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page: "Regarding the prospects of fighting against 'fake accounts,' it is impossible without strict repressive methods, which would directly undermine the institution of freedom of speech.
Moreover, when it comes to regulating the rules of the 'parallel world' of the internet, the state apparatus has always lost, of course with the exception of the complete blocking of social networks.
However, I am surprised why, for instance, the state apparatus does not pay attention to various traitors and anti-national cosmopolitans propagating dangerous lies, which pose a direct threat to the country's security... Yes, I assert that these are extremely dangerous elements.
By the way, this is not a rhetorical question.
On the other hand, it is clear that there is the principle of the right to free speech, and under that principle, it is very difficult to technically distinguish where the expression of alternative views begins and where open conspiracy and betrayal start.
In summary, we must currently acknowledge that fighting fake accounts is impossible and that, alongside this, we have very serious issues in the field of information security.
