Facebook user Karen Hovhannisyan writes that two individuals, likely Muslim, are praying in the center of Yerevan.

But, anyone familiar with Islam and its nuances of prayer can confirm what I am saying.

When praying, they place an object in front of them—clothing, a glass, a hat, in short, anything—to prevent anyone from passing in front of them during the prayer; otherwise, the prayer will be nullified and not regarded as such by Allah. As seen in the video, they have nothing placed in front of them, and this is exclusively a display of prayer; they are merely performing it for show, and I sense an intention behind this. Moreover, about a month ago, in one of the cafes operating in the same area of the Opera, a waiter was left an Azerbaijani manat as a tip... These are messages; they are trying to test our reaction...", Hovhannisyan wrote, accompanied by videos and an Azerbaijani manat.
