Snow Falls in Talin and Saravan Mountain Pass

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology of Armenia reports that as of 09:30 on March 27, snow is falling on the roads of the Talin region and the Saravan mountain pass.

The Vardenyats mountain pass is impassable for passenger vehicles, and is closed to heavy and trailer transportation.

Road construction crews are actively working to clear the roads and apply salt and sand treatments.

Other interstate and republican roads remain open.
