Yerevan State University Student Crashes Car into Tree, Hospitalized
Today, on March 24, a major traffic accident occurred in Yerevan, reports Shamshyan.com.
At around 6:30 PM, 27-year-old Garnik Mkrtchyan lost control of his Volkswagen Golf while driving on Tamantsin Street, crashing into a thick tree and subsequently colliding with the wall of a building at number 52.
As a result of the accident, the driver sustained bodily injuries and was transferred to the “Erebuni” medical center. The first to provide assistance were officers from the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and bystanders.
According to the source, the driver is a master's student at the Faculty of History at Yerevan State University.
