Informal Meeting: Armenian and Georgian Prime Ministers Nikol Pashinyan and Mamuka Bakhtadze

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the head of the Georgian government, Mamuka Bakhtadze, had an informal meeting on March 24 in the community of Yenokavan, Tavush Province.

According to the information and public relations department of the Prime Minister's office, the two leaders discussed various agenda items related to Armenian-Georgian relations and touched upon other topics of mutual interest.

Pashinyan and Bakhtadze emphasized the importance of Armenian-Georgian relations across all sectors and expressed confidence that further active cooperation would contribute to the development and expansion of collaboration in several areas between the two neighboring and friendly countries.

In this context, the parties stressed the significance of not only formal meetings but also the frequent conduct of such informal gatherings.

The previous informal meeting between Pashinyan and Bakhtadze took place on January 15 of this year in the town of Bolnisi, Georgia.
