Who is the Presidential Candidate of the 'Sasna Tsrer' in Artsakh

'Pasc' newspaper writes: 'The day before yesterday, Zhirair Sefilyan announced that they will cooperate with Samvel Babayan, who applied for the presidential elections, if he supports their candidate. Sefilyan expressed confidence that it would be better if Babayan does not run himself but rather plays the role of a supporter in helping 'the new personality we envision reach power.'

'According to information from the 'Pasc' newspaper, at this moment, the names of Gegham Grigoryan, coordinator of the 'Sasna Tsrer' office in Artsakh, and local activist Mkhtiar Avetisyan are being circulated as the 'united candidate' of the 'Sasna Tsrer' and S. Babayan.

The latter is known by the nickname 'Oriflame's Mkhtiar.' His chances of being nominated are considered more likely since he participated in the capture of the Patrol Police Regiment base, and in Artsakh, 'Sasna Tsrer' prefers to have figures like him, the so-called 'tempered' ones.'
