Mikael Minasian Puts His Hotel Up for Sale for $7 Million
The "Opera Suite" hotel complex operating on Baghramyan Avenue has been put up for sale. This is reported by Irakanum.am, citing its reliable sources.
The initial price has been set at $7 million. According to the news outlet, the hotel complex belongs to Mikael Minasian, the former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican. Minasian has had the intention of selling the hotel complex since shortly after the revolution, but there have been no buyers. However, there are now interested parties, and negotiations regarding the commercial transaction are underway. The buyer is expected to be from Armenia.
The media also highlights that in the hotel complex owned by Mikael Minasian, there is a bar-cafe operated by former Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian's son, Arman Oskanian. The establishment in question is the "Forty Four Sky" bar.
It is worth noting that days ago, the "Jazzve" café operating in the Opera area, which is also linked to Mikael Minasian, was dismantled.
