Snowfall on Some Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of Armenia reports that as of March 20, at 09:30, snowfall is occurring on the roads of the Sevan region and in the Dilijan mountain passes.

The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for passenger vehicles, while it is closed for heavy and trailer vehicles.

Road construction teams are conducting snow clearing and treatment with salt and sand on the roads.

Other interstate and national roads are open.
