Gas Pipelines Have Entry and Exit Features: Nikol Pashinyan
Gas pipelines have entry and exit features. Today, during a conversation with reporters, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan jokingly referred to this while addressing the issue of Iranian gas transit.
"In other words, we are not talking about a new pipeline, at least as long as it is possible to implement the existing projects using the existing pipelines," said Pashinyan.
The Prime Minister noted that ahead of his visit to Iran, he had phone conversations with the leaders of Russia, Georgia, and Turkmenistan, as their approaches to the gas transit issue were also of interest. "After those discussions, the gas issue became one of the important points of our discussions. The discussions will continue until we reach a conclusion—positive or negative," Pashinyan added.
